Twinsburg City Council appointed Shannon Collins as the new council clerk Tuesday night
There's officially a new face that welcomes you to city council.
Shannon Collins, who has been filling in as clerk of city council since Lisa Spraggins resigned in 2011, was officially appointed to the position Tuesday night.
"Shannon by far was the best person for this with the most experience that fit with the city," said councilman Bill Furey.
