Randazzo bribed Dimora with artificial palm trees and a tiki hut for his back yard, tickets to a Cleveland Cavaliers game, plus meals and drinks over a period of years.

In exchange, prosecutors say Dimora helped Randazzo's company be selected as the county's deferred compensation provider. Russo used his position as auditor to introduce Randazzo to an employee in the county's payroll department.
