The ladies of Sassy’s Bar & Grille will have to wait another week for final approval of their outdoor patio.
The Twinsburg Planning Commission tabled the topic of a conditional use permit for an outdoor patio for the new bar in Twinsburg Plaza on Ravenna Road. The commission asked the owners, Sarah Steele and Stephanie Stricklen, to resubmit their site plan with new trees and shrubs, preferably evergreens, by Wednesday.
Sassy’s is moving into a vacant space at the end of the plaza and is right next to . Property Manager Nancy Estep was opposed to plans for the patio, saying the noise and lights from the outdoor space could be an issue for residents.
Several letters were given to planning commission in favor of the proposed plans, including , next to the new bar.
