Senior Residential Development Planned In Twinsburg
Twinsburg City Council hopes to have voters consider rezoning properties at Darrow Road and Enterprise Parkway for a new senior housing development.
Twinsburg City Council will soon consider sending to voters a rezoning that would allow a company to build new residential development for seniors.
The council introduced the rezonings at its meeting this week. If approved by voters -- the plan is to put the rezonings on the November ballot -- then Westside Falls LLC plans to develop senior housing at 8256 Darrow Road near Enterprise Parkway.
Few details are available on the scope of the development at this time.
