Summit County Sheriff Drew Alexander issued a snow emergency for Summit County on Wednesday morning, the Falls News Press reports.
"Roadways are hazardous with blowing and drifting snow," according to the newspaper. "Only those who feel it is necessary to drive should be out on the roadways."
