Office Sought: Mayor, City of Twinsburg

Statement:  I have been honored to serve the great community and residents of the City of Twinsburg. Having served as Mayor since 1999 uniquely qualifies me for this position.  I have managed a work force of over 160 employees as well as a multi-million dollar budget for over twelve years. The City has prospered through economic development initiatives, green space has increased from 600 acres to over 2000 acres, and city revenue has been leveraged to secure millions of dollars in grants used for land purchases, safety, roadway & infrastructure improvements as well as energy saving projects.

The first priority of my next term is job creation through the redevelopment of the Chrysler site.

Other priorities include:

  • Ongoing cost saving measures without reduction in resident services.
  • Trail and sidewalk programs that will enable intermodal connectivity between parks,  schools and neighborhoods.
  • Redevelopment of the Twinsburg Square

Through the efforts and cooperation of the city, schools, library, residents and businesses Twinsburg has been recognized as 1st in Northeast Ohio and 32nd in the Nation as a desirable, livable city. I am extremely proud of these honors and will continue to work for the betterment and enrichment of the entire community.
