Vacant Land Donated to City Worth $75,000
There are no plans yet for the lot on Ravenna Road and Richner Court.
Twinsburg received a charitable donation of land from a resident this week, a parcel of vacant land at the corner of Ravenna Road and Richner Court.
The property, valued at $75,000, was donated by Elena Schwartz. The home that used to stand on the property was removed several year ago.
The only financial obligation for the city will be the closing costs of the transfer.
Councilman Ted Yates said there are no plans for the land currently.
It is connected to the Twins Days Office and the old town hall which was recently purchased by the city.
