TOPS (Take off pounds sensibly meets every Thursday at the Twinsburg Library in room 1. Weigh In starts at 5:50 p.m. until 6:15 p.m. then there is a meeting following. Please check the Tops website at www.tops.org for further information.  You may attend the first meeting as a quest.  Have fun and lose weight at the same time.
