Statement:  I enjoy serving the community and have been involved as a volunteer in a variety of capacities since moving to Twinsburg in the mid-1990’s.  I served on the Strategic Planning Committee for both the city and the school district before being elected in 2007 to my first term as a member of the Board of Education.

I have been, and will continue to focus much of my attention on the fiscal health of the school district.  My efforts will continue to include open communication with the community and our staff regarding the school budget challenges and the difficult decisions that lie ahead.  I will also continue to lobby our state representatives regarding legislative activity which affects school funding.
