Twinsburg High School graduating senior Benjamin Bard is the 2013 recipient of the Mayor's Scholarship.
Bard plans to attend The Ohio State University where he will study engineering.
The privately-funded, $500 scholarship requires a G.P.A. of 3.0 and above and to be Twinsburg resident.
