Four Tigers Picked for Summit County All-Star Game

Several Twinsburg Tiger football players will suit up one last time this season.

Four players were recently selected to play in the Third-Annual FBC Thanks4giving Summit County All Star Game on Thursday at St. Vincent-St. Mary High School.

Kickoff is at 10:30 a.m. at Green Street Stadium.

Scott Tegowski (linebacker), Ben Bisesi (safety), Cooper Rea (wide receiever) and Bob Liu (center) will play for the East squad, coached by Stow-Munroe Falls' Head Coach Mark Nori.

This season Rea led the Tigers in receptions with 42 for 455 yards and one touchdown. He also returned 19 punts for 186 yards and one touchdown.

Tegowski finished the season with 14 solo tackles, 49 assists, seven tackles for loss, one sack and one interception.

Bisesi recorded 20 solo tackles, 35 assists, six tackles for loss, one sack and one interception.

The Tigers' offensive line, anchored by Liu, only allowed 22 sacks and blocked for 1,072 rushing yards, 19 rushing touchdowns, 2,076 passing yards and 11 passing touchdowns.
