Twinsburg police sure had their hands full during a traffic stop on Nov. 4. Officers pulled over a car on I-480 near State Route 91 for weaving. There were four men in the car and each had something they were trying to hide. The front-seat passenger wasn't wearing a seatbelt, but decided to give the wrong identification to officers. They found out quickly and found an active warrant for his arrest once he provided the right information. He was arrested and charged with obstruction. A passenger in the backseat gave police his information, however, it didn't match his picture on the screen and he also had a warrant for his arrest. He gave police the ID for his brother. Twinsburg police got a call about a suspicious car parked behind an apartment building at Ravenna Woods on Oct. 14. The caller said the people appeared to be "rolling something." Officers found the car and could smell a strong odor of marijuana coming from inside. One of the men, of Twinsburg, who admitted having weed inside the car was cited for possesion and released. Drunken driving arrest On Oct. 13 police pulled over a car on I-480 for weaving and the driver was later arrested for drunken driving. Suspended license On Oct. 14 police pulled over a car on I-480 for a traffic violation and found the driver's license was suspended. The driver was arrested and held on a $500 bond.

A report of domestic violence led Twinsburg police to a drug arrest on Oct. 11. Officers arrived at a Darrow Park Drive apartment and found a couple arguing, but it was determined there was no violence involved. While in the apartment though, police found a digital scale and numerous marijuana smoking devices in plain sight. The man involved admitted they were his and was charged with drug paraphernalia possession. A Garfield Heights man couldn't escape Twinsburg police after a hit-and-run incident on June 6. John Lee-Sean, 23, was charged with drunken driving and drug possession after officers caught up with him behind the BP on S.R. 82. Macedonia police reported that Lee-Sean's car just fled the scene of an accident and was driving towards Twinsburg. When he was finally stopped by Twinsburg officers they caught the strong smell of marijuana and alcohol in the car. They said he was "lethargic and slurring his words." Raw marijuana was found inside his car. Lee-Sean was cited by Macedonia police for leaving the scene of an accident.
