The information in this report is from the Twinsburg Police. An arrest does not mean a conviction.
An observant Twinsburg Police officer used some old-fashioned intuition to catch a man wanted on a felony warrant. A police officer was driving on Darrow Road the night of Dec. 28 and noticed car driving very close to the curb and almost striking it. The cop glanced over at the other driver, who glanced over then quickly looked away. He turned into Taco Bell, and the officer ran the car's license plates. The car was registered to a man wanted on a felony warrant for a theft charge in Cuyahoga County. Police officers then arrested the man, Kevin M. Lovelace, at Taco Bell. He was turned over to a Cuyahoga County sheriff's deputy.

According to a release from the task force, he published a rap song called “On the Run” on YouTube last month. The video includes lots of explicit language, a gun and suspected use of narcotics. Children are also featured in the video with Willis. “It is always more satisfying to capture a fugitive that believes they can’t be found,” U.S. …
