Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction. A bad place for a nap: Solon Police found a sleeping Bedford woman behind the wheel early in the morning of Dec. 16. Tamara Boykin, 37, was sleeping with her foot on the brake on Aurora Road. Police put the car in park before waking the woman. She failed a sobriety test and got a .176 on a breath test, and police found marijuana in her possession.
