No official date has been set for the grand opening.
Crews are constantly working where the new Panera Bread will soon be baking on Darrow Road. But the big question in Twinsburg: When will it open? Building Commissioner Russ Rodic said the owners haven't specified a date yet, but it should be open in early December. "Maybe after this week I might know more," Rodic said Tuesday. He said workers have been rennovating the 5,800 square-foot space in the Town Center shopping plaza, next to Giant Eagle. Right now they are working on roofing, plumbing and electrical. The new Town Center store carries carries products for homebound patients
One of Twinsburg's newest businesses has been in the works for quite a while. "We talked over the last three or four years in determining our next location," said Robin S. Ivany, co-owner of Boardman Medical Supply. "Streetsboro came up a lot, but strategically, Twinsburg is a perfect location." A new addition to Town Center, BMS' Twinsburg location is the durable medical equipment firm's seventh. The company previously gave Cleveland a try, but ultimately found more potential benefits in Twinsburg. "It's in a busy plaza with hospitals surrounding it," Ivany said.
