Toyota Recalls 2.5 Million Cars

The recall, announced Oct. 10, stems from over 160 reported fires that occurred in several models manufactured by Toyota.

This time, 2.5 million cars have been recalled in the U.S. due to driver's side door fires caused by faulty power window master switches, according totoyota.com. For reference, the master switch is the button on the driver's side door that, if pushed, will block passengers from using their respective power windows. Here's the list of cars involved in the recall: • 2007 to 2008 Yaris • 2007 to 2009 RAV4 • 2007 to 2009 Tundra • 2007 to 2009 Camry • 2007 to 2009 Camry Hybrid • 2008 to 2009 Scion xD • 2008 to 2009 Scion xB • 2008 to 2009 Sequoia • 2008 Highlander • 2008 Highlander Hybrid…
