Woman Charged With Drunken Driving After Nearly Hitting Police Car

What's the easiest way for police to catch a drunken driver? When they almost hit the cop's car. On Nov. 8 at around 6:45 p.m. two Twinsburg police cruisers were stopped in traffic at State Route 82 near Church Street when a car almost hit the rear police car. Officers said they heard screeching tires and saw the car just stop short of the rear cruiser, just missing it, and then pulling around and driving past. Police pulled the car over for the incident. The driver, Ebony Richardson, 34, of Cleveland, said she was looking at her cell phone and didn't see the car in front of her.
