Darrow Park Complex Damage & a Double Auto Repossession: The Blotter

The following information was provided by the Twinsburg Police Department.

The manager of an apartment complex on Darrow Park Drive called Twinsburg Police on July 17 to report damage to a picnic table and graffiti writings on the grounds. Members of the maintenance staff identified suspects in the incidents as unsupervised juveniles from the complex. Repossessing the repossessed? A truck driver worker called Twinsburg Police at 12:37 a.m. July 17 to report that a woman took back her vehicle after he had repossessed it as part of his job duties. The woman got in the car and drove it off the tow lift, according to a police report. When officers arrived, the truck driver said his company was already tracking the vehicle with GPS. 12-Year-Old Boy Paints Obscene Remarks on Twinsburg Shed

No charges were filed against the boy, whose father said would repaint the neighbor's shed

No charges were filed against a 12-year-old Twinsburg boy who admitted to defacing his neighbor's backyard shed on June 18. A Sharonbrook Drive man called police that morning when he found several obscene phrases spraypainted on the back of his shed. The man wasn't sure who would have done it, but said his son didn't get along with one of the neighborhood boys. Police found a path of trampled grass and weeds leading from the shed to the back of a Chamberlin Road home, along with rocks and grass painted the same color as the words on the shed. The Chamberlin Road residents said their son had spraypainted things in their home in the past, but because of his age, didn't think he knew some of the words written on the shed. Officers found a …
