The Blotter

Twinsburg Police Bust Up School Bus Fight

The following information was provided by the Twinsburg Police Department.

On Wednesday, Feb. 22 Twinsburg police officers responded to a report of a fight that broke out on a Twinsburg City School bus while making it's afternoon stops. Police found Twinsburg Bus #6 was stopped just outside of the Twinsburg Fire Station on Ravenna Road with it's hazard lights on. The driver said two female students had gotten in a fight while on the bus. While talking to them officers found the girls had been arguing over a boy and a cell phone, a dispute which has gone on for years. Both girls had a few scratch marks on them and were treated by the fire department. They were both released to their parents.

"Busted up". Perhaps a little editing here? Also it might be useful to at least identify the age level of the children on the bus. Middle/High School?   more ›
