Underage Couple Caught With Drugs, Alcohol in Parked Car

The following information was provided by the Twinsburg Police Department. An arrest does not mean a conviction.

Police were called to Presidential Parkway on June 29 after it was reported juveniles were using drugs in a parked car.

When police found the car on Ravenna Road they stopped it and searched the car with consent.

They found small amounts marijuana and five cans of beer with a plastic bottle with liquor inside.

The driver, a 19-year-old Independence man was charged with drug possession and drinking while in a car.

The passenger, a 17-year-old Cleveland girl, was charged with underage consumption and possession of beer. She will be referred to the Summit County Juvenile Court reference the charge and court date.
